If you apply for an open position at Alight.EE, you will need to provide some or all of the following
data, as the individual case might be:
- Personal data (name, date of birth, address)
- Communication data (telephone number, mobile telephone number, fax number, e-mail address)
- Data relating to your education (school, vocational training, degree, doctorate)
- Data relating to your previous employment history, training course certificates, skills and job references
- Data relating to other qualifications (e.g. language skills, computer skills, voluntary work)

We will use the personal data you have sent us only for processing your job application and it will be stored securely and not be shared with third parties. We respond to the applications within 15 working days and keep your personal data until the position is closed. You may opt to remain in our database for consideration for future positions up to 5 years.
